Clear rules for training deposits and digital products from Marquez Spencer.
Updated August 21, 2026These terms apply to purchases from Marquez Spencer, operating the MS Performance athlete brand, through this website and the Vault. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you reviewed and accepted the product description, price, refund policy, and these terms. If the customer is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve and complete the purchase.
Product features, format, price, and any launch offer are shown before checkout. The Receiver Route Book launch price is $19.99 for the first 25 completed purchases, followed by a $24.99 standard price. The price presented at checkout controls. Applicable taxes may be added when legally required.
Payments are processed through Stripe. A purchase is complete only after the payment is successfully authorized and confirmed. Marquez Spencer does not directly receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy practices also apply to its payment services.
A training deposit is applied to the listed session total. Payment does not guarantee a requested day, time, or field until availability is confirmed. The exact Atlanta-area location, waiver, remaining balance, and any disclosed facility fee are provided separately. If Marquez cannot offer a workable session time, the customer may choose another available time or request review of the deposit.
A valid email address is required for digital delivery and support. Access may be provided through the confirmation page, email, or another secure method described at checkout. Contact support if a completed purchase is not delivered within a reasonable time.
Purchase grants one customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning and training. Ownership and copyright remain with Marquez Spencer. Files may not be sold, copied for a group, posted publicly, shared through file-storage services, modified for resale, or used to create competing products.
Digital sales are generally final after delivery or access. Requests submitted within seven days may be reviewed for duplicate charges, failed delivery after confirmed payment, an incorrect product, or a corrupted file that cannot be replaced. A working replacement or restored access may be offered before a refund. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited.
Football, fitness, hydration, recovery, and wellness materials are provided for general educational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a promise of athletic results. Customers are responsible for using judgment, following their team's rules, training within their abilities, and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
Access may be suspended when there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized sharing, resale, fraud, chargeback abuse, or another material violation of these terms. This does not remove any consumer rights required by law or prevent review of a legitimate billing or delivery problem.
Terms may be updated for future purchases. The version shown at the time of purchase applies to that transaction unless a change is required by law. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Georgia and the United States, without limiting consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
